Before Shipping Your Device

1. Include a letter inside the box with your device that contains the following details:

   • Your full name

   • Return address

   • Phone number or email

   • Device model

   • Description of the issue

   • Order or quote number (if applicable)

2. Make sure your contact information is clearly written so we can reach you as soon as your device arrives.

3. Pack your device securely with bubble wrap or foam to prevent shipping damage.

 

Shipping Policy

• The customer is responsible for shipping the device to us.

• eRepairBC covers the return shipping cost , one way is on us!

• If you would like us to provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost is $19.99 + tax, as the customer is responsible to ship us the phone

• Please contact us if you’d like to request a shipping label.
